We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Designer to join and lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to transform spaces into functional and visually appealing environments. In addition to delivering exceptional design solutions, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of designers, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high standards of quality and innovation across all projects.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, while leveraging your design expertise and leadership skills to create innovative, practical solutions that enhance the quality of life in their spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design needs and preferences.
- Develop design concepts and present them through sketches, mood boards, and digital renderings.
- Utilise software such as Sketchup, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, and Rhinoceros 3D to create detailed designs and layouts.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation.
- Manage multiple projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas into your work.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in design software including Sketchup, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, and Rhinoceros 3D is essential.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing spaces.
- Previous experience in interior design or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
