Hours of Work: 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: In the range of Β£25-Β£27K, depending on experience

Location: Sunninghill, near Ascot, Berkshire

Start Date: 23/03/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Be the centre of activity in the Senior School life, supporting pupils, parents, staff and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Act as a welcoming first point of contact for all, liaising with teaching staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage communications and maintain accurate data records.
  • Assist with pupil attendance and medical documentation.
  • Provide first aid support and help coordinate school events.
  • Operate as part of the central Business Team.
