Assisting refit and repair team to deliver projects of high quality small and large.

Main Duties
The following are the main duties of the role
- Colour Matching
- Laminating
- Small Mould Fabrication
- Sanding, fairing, and polishing
- Brush, roller and spray application
Electrical
- New navigation system installs
- NMEA integration
- Systems such as chargers, pumps, bow thrusters etc
- Full re-wires
- Fault finding
- FlexiTeek and teak decking fabrication and install
- Plug making for GRP and FRP moulds
- Interior fit out and cabinet making
- Surface preparation
- Cutting of fibres and core materials
- Wet lay and vacuum bagging
- Boat building and small parts
- Follow laminate schedule
- Ensuring workshop is clean and tidy
- Adhering to Health and Safety protocols
- Keeping managers informed of broken or missing equipment
- Stock control and tool maintenance
- Moving boats as directed
- Quality control General
- Supporting other team members as required
- Administration e.g. completing timesheets
Other
- Knowledge sharing and upskilling other team members
- Training as required by the role
- Other tasks reasonably within the scope of the role
- Support communication and promotion with clients and contracted authorities
