The Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) are seeking a Training Support Officer to enable district training and Royal Marine Cadet activity at troop level. The role can be home-based or office-based, with regular evening and weekend work to support volunteers via virtual meetings and online training.
You will liaise with district training managers and officers, help plan and deliver targeted training, and coordinate MSSC and partner training packages across districts.
