Our people are at the heart of achieving our vision for Pioneering Science for the Health of our Ocean. Join us in an exciting period of growth and as we move into the implementation phases of a new strategy.

We are looking for a highly organised and forward-thinking HR Manager to help shape, support, recruit and retain the talented individuals driving our mission. This is a newly created role which will be hands-on and varied, leading on key processes and working closely with colleagues across the organisation. You will line manage the HR Officer, enhance and modernise systems and processes, and ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice.

Reporting to the Director of Finance & HR, you will be a key part of building the MBA’s capacity in this crucial area. If you are a proactive, people-focused HR Manager with strong knowledge of employment law who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
