We are a fast‐growing, luxury healthcare provider looking to expand our established team and are currently seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Health & Social Care Trainer to deliver engaging training across our care homes. As an excellent communicator, you will deliver a wide range of mandatory and specialist training to staff, ensuring sessions are engaging, informative, and meet all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of Health & Social Care training courses including Induction, Moving & Assisting, Fire Safety, Record Keeping and Safeguarding
- Maintain accurate training records on our LMS platform
- Ensure knowledge of current legislation and regulations in Health & Social Care remains up to date
- Review and evaluate training programmes, exploring new delivery methods and reporting on outcomes
About You
- AET Level 3 (or equivalent teaching qualification)
- Previous training experience within a Health & Social Care environment
- Strong IT skills and excellent organisational ability
- A proactive and resilient individual with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
Location & Travel
The role may be based at any one of our homes in Oakham, St Neots, Potters Bar, or Welwyn Garden City. You will be required to travel to all locations to deliver training onsite, therefore a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential (mileage reimbursed).
