With strong proven leadership skills and a good work ethic, you will support and develop your like-minded team to look after the day-to-day needs of our residents and deliver the highest quality personalised care in line with their individual care plans with the dignity and respect they deserve.
Experience in care is essential, ideally qualified to Level 3 NVQ or equivalent or willing to work towards, you will also have knowledge of administering medication. Reporting to your Service Manager you will have excellent communication and organisation skills and will demonstrate a professional, positive and motivating attitude at all times.
