Job Description Health & Social Care Trainer 24 hours per week (3 days) £28,000 –pro rata We are a small, luxury, residential healthcare provider looking to expand our established team. We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic trainer, to deliver a wide range of courses to all staff across our care homes.  This newly created role forms part of our warm and welcoming small HR team, who work closely together to provide first rate employment and learning opportunities to our staff. You will be supported by a dedicated Learning and Development Manager, and you will work alongside another trainer who can share best practice and act as peer support. As an excellent communicator, you will be expected to deliver engaging face to face training sessions that meet mandatory requirements. A relevant teaching/training qualification is not essential (although would be advantageous), but the most important things are your health and social care experience and knowledge, and your ability to engage, educate and enthuse our staff to reach their potential. You will also need to have strong IT skills. We will support you to develop into this role, provided you have the potential to achieve our expectations.
