Clinical Services Co-ordinator Hours: 24 hours per week The Marbrook Centre is an award winning specialist neurological and dementia care provider in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. We deliver specialist 24 hour nursing and therapy services for adults with complex and long term neurological conditions. We are committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care to improve the lives of our residents and as part of our growing team, we are looking for a Clinical Services Co-ordinator to enhance the current service we provide. As Clinical Services Co-ordinator, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with our residents, visitors, and external health care professionals, therefore excellent communication skills both verbally and written is essential. Ideally you will bring previous administration experience within a care setting (though not essential), along with strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Some of Clinical Services Co-ordinator main duties will include: * Being a key contact for residents and families. * Welcoming new residents and ensuring the smooth discharge of residents * Scheduling and organising resident appointments.
