The Marble Workshop is a premier stone fabrication company specializing in manufacturing high-quality quartz, Dekton, granite, marble, and associated products. Our expertise spans a variety of projects, including kitchen work surfaces, splashbacks, bathroom vanity tops, wet room cladding, flooring, bar tops, reception desks, fireplaces, hearths, and bespoke items tailored to client specifications. Serving kitchen retailers, commercial kitchen manufacturers, house builders, and architectural firms, we pride ourselves on delivering luxury, high-end products at affordable prices. Backed by a team of skilled stonemasons, installers, and templaters, we ensure exceptional craftsmanship and superior service to meet customer needs. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility provides the capacity for scaling production as required.

The Installer role is a full-time, on-site position, working out of our factory in Haddenham, Bucks. As an Installer, you will be responsible for accurately handling and installing various stone materials, including countertops, splashbacks, and custom surfaces. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing templates
  • Transporting materials to installation sites
  • Ensuring precise alignment and secure placement
  • Collaborating with clients to meet all specifications

This role may require lifting and maneuvering heavy materials and delivering excellent customer service during the installation process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience or knowledge in stone installation, handling, and fitting techniques
  • Strong technical skills for reading templates, blueprints, or architectural designs
  • Ability to work with tools and machinery required for stone cutting, polishing, and installation
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to ensure precise measurements and fittings
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
  • Physical capability to lift and handle heavy materials, along with adherence to safety protocols
  • Experience in the construction, stone fabrication, or related industry is an advantage
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different installation sites
