The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Reporting to the Lead Coordinator based in Coventry and working closely alongside the rest of the teams at Coventry, Liverpool and Oxford. The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Facilities and workshop maintenance teams in successfully executing reactive and preventative maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Facilities Management team in ensuring the delivery of KPIs.
- Ensure external contractors are booked onsite to perform maintenance on workshop and facilities equipment.
- Review service contracts for workshop and facilities equipment.
- Support the data capture of maintenance running costs across all sites, including planned/reactive maintenance and utilities data.
- Ensure external contractor documentation is obtained from the contractor prior to and on completion of works and loaded onto the CAFM system.
- Actively assign and log jobs through a maintenance management system.
- Be a point of contact for the Maintenance Helpdesk.
- Provide data as required to support workshop and facilities KPIs on request of the head of Facilities.
- Ensure the buildings and workshops asset list remains relevant and up to date.
- Ensure job schedules are created and kept up to date.
- Upload electronic versions of the OEM manual for all workshop and facilities machinery to CAFM or maintenance management system.
- Create the equipment and plant preventative maintenance work orders.
- Keep logs of all equipment breakdowns.
- Obtain quotations and raise purchase requests.

Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience in an administration or coordinator position.
- Experience of delivering tasks on time.
- Preferably with experience of planning.
- Experience in managing multiple disciplines.
- Strong IT skills.
- Individuals with less experience will be considered if they can demonstrate an equivalent skill set.
