We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and would ideally like someone who is looking to become a Chef de Partie in the near future.

We are an independent hotel with a restaurant and function rooms catering for all types of event including a la carte dining, Sunday lunch, afternoon tea, various buffets & all types of celebratory events.

What we offer:

• You will learn to cater right across the spectrum from small intimate dinners with highly detailed dishes to larger functions including Sunday Lunch, afternoon teas and a vast variety of buffets.

• You will have a positive attitude, be keen to learn and able to take instruction in order to consistently improve.
• You will beambitious, hard-working and reliable and able to focus in a high pressure environment
