We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and would ideally like someone who is looking to become a Chef de Partie in the near future. We are an independent hotel with a restaurant and function rooms catering for all types of event including a la carte dining, Sunday lunch, afternoon tea, various buffets & all types of celebratory events. You will beambitious, hard-working and reliable and able to focus in a high pressure environment You willwork as part of a team and follow the lead from the Head Chef.
