An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Manor Academy for a friendly and experienced Receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering a customer focused front line reception service, providing a professional welcome to visitors and dealing politely and efficiently with face‑to‑face enquiries from staff, students, families and outside agencies who present themselves at the school reception.

The successful candidate will be able to use specialist ICT equipment sensitively and confidentially, they will have effective communication skills to provide a welcoming reception for visitors, staff and students. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and have experience of working on a busy reception desk.
