Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with its brands Potain & Grove is looking for a Mobile Workshop Team Leader to execute and manage the rework activities on our Mobile products. The position is based in our Buckingham Workshop.

Main Responsibilities in the Role:

  • Execute technical service rework and troubleshooting on mobile products
  • Manage day to day workload, distribute tasks appropriately
  • Organise own diary and work locations
  • Be the responsible person for H&S within the Buckingham facility ensuring all safety rules are applied and managing risks
  • Increase workshop efficiencies using 5S and best working practices

To be Successful in this Role:

  • Technical expertise in Hydraulic/Electrical/Mechanical
  • Crane experience essential
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication skills
