Job Description
Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting equipment with Potain and Grove brands, is looking for a Mobile Field Service Technician to support our customers with all Grove products.
Responsibilities
- To provide field-based service support for all Manitowoc mobile crane products within the UK.
- Be responsible for providing Customers with high quality after sales support, making the correct technical and commercial decisions.
- Produce fast and effective service and maintenance in line with the product requirements.
- Provide technical support when new machines are delivered.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in Hydraulic/Electrical/Mechanical.
- Crane experience essential.
- Full UK driving license.
- Customer Focus.
- Proactivity / Problem Solving.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Available to frequently travel across UK.
