Manitowoc, an international leader in proposing premium lifting solutions with its brands Grove and Potain, is looking for a Parts Specialist to be based in our UK office in Buckingham. The role will support the Mobile (Grove products) Product Support Team in parts sales.

Main Responsibilities in the Role:

  • Promote aftermarket offering for Service & Spare Parts Mobile Customers
  • Provide timely and updated quotations for parts for internal and external customers
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams about spare parts needed
  • Monitor the stocking of parts to ensure correct parts are stored at Buckingham
  • Support the Service department with the identification of spare parts and ordering

To be Successful in this Role:

  • Previous experience in aftermarket and technical customer service
  • Good at Office, SAP preferable
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer focus
  • Good organizational skills
  • Teamwork
  • Fluent in English
