Job Description
Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with Potain and Grove brands, is looking for a Tower Service Technicians to strengthen the Potain Product Support Team based in Buckingham and serving UK & Ireland.
- Main activities in the Role
- To provide field-based service support for all Manitowoc tower crane products within the UK.
- Be responsible for providing Customers with high quality after sales support, using your judgement in making the correct technical and commercial decisions.
- Produce fast and effective service and maintenance in line with the product requirements.
- Provide if required supervision to MTW/Customer resourced erections/dismantles and parts.
- To be successful in this role
- Technical expertise in Hydraulic/Electrical/Mechanical.
- Crane experience essential.
- Full UK driving license.
- Customer Focus.
- Proactivity / Problem Solving.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
