Manitowoc, an international leader in proposing premium lifting solutions with its brands Grove and Potain, is looking for a Parts Specialist to be based in our UK office in Buckingham. The role will support the Mobile (Grove products) Product Support Team in parts sales.
Main Responsibilities In The Role:
- Promote aftermarket offering for Service & Spare Parts Mobile Customers
- Provide timely and updated quotations for parts for internal and external customers
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams about spare parts needed
- Monitor the stocking of parts to ensure correct parts are stored at Buckingham
- Support the Service department with the identification of spare parts and ordering
To be Successful in this Role:
- Previous experience in aftermarket and technical customer service
- Good at Office, SAP preferable
- Good communication skills
- Customer focus
- Good organizational skills
- Teamwork
- Fluent in English
