The Mandeville School, part of the Insignis Academy Trust, is seeking to appoint a Cover Manager. This is a permanent, full-time position of 37 hours per week for 39 weeks per year (term time + 5 inset days).
Salary: Bucks Pay Range 5 - actual salary £34,319 - £36,975 (equivalent to £29,156 - £31,413 for full time)
Start date: July 2026
Closing date: Wednesday 10th June 2026 at 12 noon
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering cover lessons to students when a teacher is absent or unavailable, and for leading the Cover Assistant team to ensure the smooth operation of lessons whether delivered in house or with external supply staff.
Applicants should have an excellent working knowledge of working in a school environment or with children and an excellent rapport with parents.
