About The Role

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will support the coordination and delivery of strategic projects and cross-team initiatives, ensuring momentum, visibility and effective collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Typically, You Will:

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of strategic and operational projects across the Future Students and Marketing teams, ensuring progress is maintained across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Lead and oversee cross-team initiatives, providing project coordination, operational oversight and stakeholder management to support successful delivery.
  • Support the management team with reporting, data analysis and insight generation, creating dashboards and performance reports that inform planning and decision-making.
  • Support the planning and coordination of recruitment, campaign and conversion activity, helping ensure alignment across Digital, Recruitment and Admissions teams.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational processes, workflows, systems and ways of working across the department.
  • Lead or support key projects and initiatives such as AI enablement, reporting and dashboard development, SEO delivery, process improvement and recruitment planning activity.

About You

  • A highly organised and proactive professional with strong project coordination and operational delivery experience.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and stakeholders, with the ability to keep complex projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident working with data, reporting and performance insights, with the ability to translate information into meaningful actions and recommendations.
  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to work effectively across teams and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A solutions-focused and adaptable individual who enjoys improving processes, driving efficiencies and supporting organisational change.
  • Experienced in coordinating projects involving multiple teams, with experience in marketing, student recruitment, higher education or a similar operational environment being desirable.

About The Future Students Team

The Future Students team holds responsibility for all future students marketing activity and plans including Foundation, UG, PGT, PGR, UG-PG, International. Working with Faculties to align marketing strategy, implementing creative and impactful plans to support their priorities.
