IT & Digital (ITD) plays a central role in delivering high‑quality, responsive, and secure services that support our staff and students. Our work directly shapes the learning and professional experience across the University. As part of the End User Compute (EUC) team, you will contribute to the engineering, management, security, and compliance of our multi‑platform estate (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android). The EUC team also delivers application packaging, endpoint security, device configuration, and platform management using tools such as JAMF, INTUNE and SCCM. Team members are on‑site for two days every week.
About the Role
The postholder will lead on the management and development of the University’s Mac platform within a team of experienced EUC and software deployment specialists. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day operations, platform engineering, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires strong technical expertise across enterprise Mac/Windows environments, experience working in specialist technical teams, and excellent interpersonal skills. This is an opportunity to influence strategy, evolve tooling and standards, and support the introduction of new technologies across our EUC landscape.
