An exciting opportunity has arisen at Manchester Metropolitan University for an enthusiastic and pro‑active Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to support a member(s) of the Senior Executive Team within the University. This is a position where the right individual can make a difference in a vibrant, busy and fulfilling environment, joining a team of PAs working collaboratively to provide a high level of service to our senior leaders.
About The Role
The Executive Personal Assistant is a pivotal role, providing confidential, efficient and effective high‑level administration support to the academic Senior Executive in the University’s Leadership Team. You will work within a great team of executive PAs and take a proactive approach to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard whilst assisting with the co‑ordination and management of higher‑level administrative tasks in line with the University’s strategic plans.
About You
This is a challenging, fast‑paced and varied role that requires a pro‑active individual. You will have excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of literacy and numeracy. Applicants should also be able to exercise discretion, develop solutions to complex problems, and excel in working collaboratively with colleagues across the University.
