An exciting opportunity has become available for a graduate to work full time on a 30-month Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) to develop a property intelligence platform that integrates energy compliance, financial, and operational data to help landlords, investors, and regulators improve building performance, reduce emissions, and comply with energy efficiency regulations – supporting the UK's transition towards Net Zero targets.
Employed and supported by an academic team from the University, you will be based at Commercial Survey Reports Limited's premises in Bury. CSR Sustain, headquartered in Bury with a base in London, are an SME established in 2008 who provide energy auditing, compliance, and optimisation services to the commercial property sector across the UK.
Their focus is on enabling clients to improve operational efficiency, meet Minimum Energy Efficiency (MEES) regulatory standards, and advance towards Net Zero targets. Their client base includes commercial landlords, property managers, energy consultants, financial institutions, insurers, Real Estate Investment trusts, local authorities, and sustainability officers. They proudly serve major organisations such as Peel Holdings and Marchmont.
