We’re seeking a dynamic, student‑focused individual to lead and develop enrichment activities that enhance the learner experience. Working collaboratively with the existing Enrichment and Participation Co‑ordinator, you will deliver a wide range of events, clubs, and initiatives that boost engagement, wellbeing, and personal development. The ideal candidate is highly organised, creative, and passionate about empowering students beyond the classroom. The Openshaw campus is a modern hub of learning equipped with industry‑standard facilities designed to inspire staff and students. Located just outside Manchester city centre, the campus offers a wide range of vocational and academic courses, with specialist spaces for construction, engineering, health, and digital.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop enrichment activities for students.
- Collaborate with the existing Enrichment and Participation Co‑ordinator.
- Deliver a wide range of events, clubs, and initiatives that boost engagement, wellbeing, and personal development.
- 35 days paid annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
