We are seeking an Electrical Installation Workshop Technician to provide high‑quality technical support to teachers and learners within electrical workshops. You will support practical delivery through the preparation of tools, materials and resources, and maintain a safe, well‑organised working environment.
The role requires proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, testing and fault finding across domestic, commercial or industrial settings. You will use a range of electrical tools, testing equipment and technical drawings to support learner activity and assessment.
Strong knowledge of health and safety, including safe isolation procedures and the use of PPE, is essential. A Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations are required, or willingness to work towards them.
