Join our dedicated facilities team and help keep our college clean, safe, and welcoming for students and staff. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to carry out general cleaning duties across classrooms, offices, and communal areas. You\’ll take pride in maintaining high hygiene standards and working as part of a supportive team. Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential—full training will be provided. If you’re dependable, punctual, and take pride in a job well done, we’d love to hear from you.

We have an exciting opportunity at our City Campus Manchester to join our Facilities Department as a Cleaner on a permanent, part-time (15 hours per week, 06:00 – 09:00) basis.

Who are TMC?

The Manchester College is the Largest Further Education College in the United Kingdom and has the largest provisions for 16-19yrs olds, adults, and higher education in Greater Manchester. We are part of the LTE group that consist of MOL, Total People, UCEN Manchester, Novus, and LTE Group Operations. We currently support more than 25% of Greater Manchester’s learning provision and are currently rated “Good” by Ofsted. Skills, Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cleaning experience
  • Hold or work towards British Institute of Cleaning Sciences (BICs) or similar
  • Manual Handling training
  • COSHH training
