Are you a teacher passionate about guiding students to achieve their full potential both in and out of the classroom? At The Manchester College, we are looking for Achievement Tutors to support learners’ academic success through engaging group tutorials. In this role, you will deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment via engaging activities, resources, and focused academic coaching. You will monitor individual student progress in 1‑1 reviews using tools such as ProMonitor and Markbook, collaborate closely with teaching teams, develop high‑quality learning resources, and champion student voice, employability and achievement at every stage.
Our City Centre campus in Manchester offers cutting‑edge facilities and a creative atmosphere, including specialist studios, workshops and collaborative spaces.
As a full‑time (35 hours per week) permanent position, you will benefit from a nurturing environment with dedicated CPD opportunities and support:
- 45 days annual leave, bookable, plus 8 bank holidays
