Overview

This is not a typical risk or admin role. You'll join a fast‑paced team that keeps Stansted running during disruptions – from incidents to VIP movements and global risks. Resilience includes Business Continuity, Emergency Planning, Incident & Crisis Management, and Risk & Governance.

What You’ll Do

  • Support resilience activity.
  • Maintain risk and governance records.
  • Produce reports and briefings.
  • Assist audits and improvements.
  • Support training and exercises.
  • Contribute to incident response (on‑call).

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Proactive, adaptable and organised.
  • Confident communicator.

  • Curious with a desire to learn.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Team‑focused.
  • Experience in resilience, risk or operations is helpful but not essential – attitude and transferable skills matter most.
