Join MAG at East Midlands Airport as part of a small civil maintenance team responsible for airfield pavements and related infrastructure.
You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, inspections, and safety-compliant works to keep runways, roads, and assets operating smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality pavement repairs and line marking
- Conduct planned and reactive maintenance for airside and landside assets
- Inspect and monitor civil infrastructure and assets
- Perform routine airfield maintenance including Runway/pavement works and water management equipment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, H&S requirements, and CAA guidelines
- Identify hazards and defects; respond to issues to maintain safety and operations
- Collaborate as a dependable team member with attention to quality and problem-solving
- Key requirements
- Physically fit and have a valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn new skills (e. g., road sweeping)
- HGV license desirable
- Knowledge of pavement inspections/condition assessments advantageous
- Experience with asset management systems (MALMS, MAXIMO) desirable
- Understand safe working practices and operate in airside/landside environments
