As Experience Manager, you are a visible leader on the public floor and a key driver of this ambition in action. Reporting to a Senior Experience Manager, you deliver the Experience strategy in live operation - holding responsibility for safety, leadership and the quality of the visitor experience every day.
Experience Managers lead from the floor, setting the pace, tone and standards of the Museum each day while ensuring our spaces are safe, welcoming and running smoothly. They support teams to respond confidently to everything from busy visitor flows to unexpected challenges, using sound judgement and clear leadership to keep the Museum moving with confidence and care.
By turning big ambitions into everyday actions, they help create a visitor experience that feels inclusive, engaging and unmistakably London. Previous experience of working in a museum is not required, and you do not need any specific academic qualifications.
