The Southbank Centre is Europe's largest arts centre and the UK's fifth most visited attraction, occupying an 11‑acre site that sits in the midst of London's most vibrant cultural quarter on the South Bank of the Thames. At this exciting time, we are seeking an outstanding Technical Services Manager who is responsible for providing technical leadership and operational management of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services and integrated security systems across the Southbank Centre. This includes ensuring that all MEP infrastructure and specialised security assets – including Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Turbonet and CCTV – meet the highest professional standards, fully comply with statutory requirements and maintenance protocols, and support the Centre's mission, operations, and visitor safety.

We are looking for a Technical Services Manager who will play a vital role in keeping the Southbank Centre safe, resilient and future‑ready. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on responsibility, collaboration and problem‑solving, someone who understands that excellence in technical services enables extraordinary artistic experiences to happen.
