About the Role
You’ll play a key role in providing a responsive, customer-focused repairs service, working across tenants’ homes to deliver repairs right first time. This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality repairs and maintenance across your core trade (plumbing or carpentry), alongside secondary trades
- Deliver a first-time fix approach, minimising repeat visits
- Maintain excellent customer service standards when working in tenants’ homes
- Accurately record work completed and manage van stock effectively
- Work collaboratively with planners, surveyors and housing teams
- Ensure full compliance with health safety, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
- Identify and report wider property or tenancy concerns where appropriate
