Due to recent growth, we are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work with our sector lead Michael Hewlett to undertake freelance, interim, temporary appointments to strengthen our existing client base and to expand new partnerships. Across the wider business we have a team of 30+ recruiters based in our Monument office with an experienced team who enjoy lengthy tenures at MRG. Four of our Board have been with the business for over a decade. This has created a mature and professional environment where there is a great deal of know-how on hand. Everyone really contributes to the success, future, and direction of the business, with a team who work together and support each other. Our consultants work collaboratively on joint ventures to achieve campaign success.
Our people philosophy is very simple; our expectations are high and our ambitions challenging. We aim to train and develop all our Consultants to be market leaders. Consultants work hard, but earn and live very well. This is the standard already being achieved by our top producers and our aim for everyone who joins. We offer extremely competitive commission schemes in addition to realistic career progress and salary enhancement through promotions linked to annual fees.
We have created a flexible workplace (we offer a hybrid model of 3/2 days home working), with a like-minded and inspirational team that produces fantastic market leading results and genuine rewards for all staff. We are passionate about work/life balance and have five in-house mental health first aiders in addition to a corporate social responsibility team.
