A market leader in the fit-out arena is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Proposals Designer to join their fit‑out business and support the Work Winning and Pre‑Construction teams. This role is ideal for a recent graphic design graduate or someone early in their career who wants to apply their design skills in a fast‑paced, commercial environment.
You’ll help shape high‑quality bid submissions, PQQs and presentations by gathering information from internal teams, producing visually compelling layouts in Adobe InDesign, and ensuring every document reflects the brand and communicates their message clearly. You’ll play a hands‑on role in coordinating deadlines, reviewing content, and supporting the development of strong, client‑focused proposals.
You’ll work closely with proposal managers, technical teams and project leads to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored, well‑structured submissions. Alongside producing graphics and layouts, you’ll help maintain the bid library, photo library and other key resources. This role would suit a recent graduate with a creative mind set.
