The predicted salary is between 60000 - 84000 £ per year.

We’re working with a large public sector body who are seeking an experienced Interim CAFM Manager to lead the implementation, optimisation, and management of their planon CAFM system during a critical transition period. They are taking the findings of their condition survey and turning it into a long-term strategic maintenance programme. It will be for a period of 4-5 months whilst they make a permanent appointment (which the interim is open to apply for).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of the CAFM system (planon)
  • Oversee data integrity, asset management, and reporting functions
  • Train and support internal teams on CAFM usage and best practices (team of 4)
  • Drive system improvements and support integration with other platforms (e.g., BMS, Helpdesk, HR systems)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing CAFM systems in a facilities or estates environment
  • Strong understanding of FM operations, asset lifecycle, and compliance tracking
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with creating maintenance programmes.
