About the client

The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an Interim Assistant Project Manager to work within the estates team for a University in London.

Accountabilities

Assist on the delivery of minor works projects including Hard FM, repairs and maintenance and refurbishments

Support the Head of Capital on larger capital projects

Contribute towards planning, procurement, and stakeholder engagement

Develop project briefs, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of projects

Ensure works are delivered in line with health and safety and statutory requirements

Candidate Requirements

Available to start immediately

Willing to work on-site

Proven experience managing minor works projects in a complex, operational environment

Understanding of construction processes, procurement, and project lifecycle (RIBA stages)

Proven experience in a similar role
