Marlborough College is seeking an experienced Head of Capital Projects to lead the delivery of its ambitious 10-Year Refurbishment Plan, overseeing heritage conservation, boarding house modernisation and academic facilities on a live campus. Reporting to the Bursar, you will manage multiple schemes, liaise with consultants and contractors, and work with governance committees to ensure projects are on time, within budget and aligned with the College's long‑term estate strategy.
