Ronald McDonald House UK provides vital support to families with a child in hospital, helping them navigate the practical and emotional challenges of their healthcare journey. In partnership with NHS hospitals nationwide, we accommodate over 8,000 families annually across our 14 Houses with 530 ensuite rooms, enabling parents and carers to stay close to their seriously ill or injured child. Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, this pivotal role is responsible for the safe and effective delivery of maintenance, reactive works and minor planned works across assigned Ronald McDonald House UK Houses. The Facilities Manager ensures works are completed safely, to the required quality, within agreed budgets and with minimal disruption to House teams and families. The post will additionally support delivery of ESG initiatives at site level, including identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and ensuring contractors follow agreed sustainability practices. We are seeking an individual with proven facilities management experience within a comparable diverse and complex portfolio.
