My client is a well-established main contractor delivering projects across education, heritage, commercial, property and healthcare sectors, and we are looking to strengthen their team with a talented Estimator. They are open to appointing either an intermediate or a more senior professional, depending on experience, with a salary on offer of up to £100k for the right individual.
They will play a key role in managing cost control, procurement, subcontractor relationships and financial reporting across a diverse portfolio of projects. Experience with Conquest is strongly preferred, and a proactive, detail-driven approach is essential.
You will be joining a growing commercial team that currently includes one senior who is progressing into a future managing role hence the new vacancy becoming live. It’s important that whoever joins is comfortable with that trajectory and able to work collaboratively within a developing structure.
