A major NHS Trust is seeking to recruit a Director to lead the delivery of the estates capital programme.
The Trust manages a large, complex estate portfolio with sites across London, ranging from major hospitals sites to community facilities.
The Director of Capital Programmes will join to lead a diverse team of in-house project management professionals and through the team oversee external design, surveying, engineering, and project management supply chain partners, across the delivery of a £50m to £100m annual capital investment.
The team will be managing a range of projects, including major developments, refurbishment, fit-out, long-term maintenance, and decarbonisation schemes.
Potential candidates will have proven experience in leading and managing estates capital projects teams at programme level. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment.
