The Management Recruitment Group is a search consultancy specialising in the built environment. Our success is built on the expertise and contacts of our Directors, Managers and Senior Consultants. They possess in-depth market knowledge and benefit from established senior contacts across their industries.
Our estates and facilities management practice focuses on a wide array of roles across all aspects of facilities management, maintenance, sustainability, student accommodation and estates operations. We specialise in client-side leadership roles and have partnered with many of the UK’s leading Russell Group institutions including the University of Oxford, Imperial College London and King’s College London, in addition to many modern universities such as University of the Arts London. We have also represented several of the UK’s leading venues including UK Parliament, Natural History Museum, Royal Botanic Gardens Kew and the National Theatre.
Due to recent growth, we are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work with our sector lead Michael Hewlett to undertake freelance, interim, temporary appointments to strengthen our existing client base and to expand new partnerships.
Across the wider business we have a team of 30+ recruiters based in our Monument office with an experienced team who enjoy lengthy tenures at MRG. Four of our Board have been with the business for over a decade. This has created a mature and professional environment where there is a great deal of know-how on hand. Everyone really contributes to the success, future, and direction of the business, with a team who work together and support each other. Our consultants work collaboratively on joint ventures to achieve campaign success.
