With offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and other regional hubs, this firm is known for delivering excellence in the built environment.
This is a key leadership opportunity for a senior professional with deep sector experience in construction project management, development consultancy, and real estate advisory.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of chartered surveyors, construction project managers, and cost consultants
- Oversee delivery of major commercial, residential, mixed-use, and public-sector projects
- Drive strategic business development across the property and construction sectors
- Act as a trusted adviser to developers, investors, occupiers, and public bodies
- Ensure robust programme management, risk controls, and quality assurance
- Champion innovation in construction methodology, sustainability, and digital delivery
- Extensive leadership experience in construction project management within consultancy or client-side roles
- Professional qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent
- Proven track record in managing capital development, refurbishment, or estate transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, planning processes, and the property development lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills
- Commercially driven, resilient, and collaborative in leadership style
