A top-tier real estate consultancy is seeking a Senior Director of Project Management to lead the delivery of complex development and construction projects across the UK. With offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and other regional hubs, this firm is known for delivering excellence in the built environment.

This is a key leadership opportunity for a senior professional with deep sector experience in construction project management, development consultancy, and real estate advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of chartered surveyors, construction project managers, and cost consultants
  • Oversee delivery of major commercial, residential, mixed-use, and public-sector projects
  • Drive strategic business development across the property and construction sectors
  • Act as a trusted adviser to developers, investors, occupiers, and public bodies
  • Ensure robust programme management, risk controls, and quality assurance
  • Champion innovation in construction methodology, sustainability, and digital delivery
Candidate Profile:
  • Extensive leadership experience in construction project management within consultancy or client-side roles
  • Professional qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent
  • Proven track record in managing capital development, refurbishment, or estate transformation programmes
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, planning processes, and the property development lifecycle
  • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills
  • Commercially driven, resilient, and collaborative in leadership style
