The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a Registered Home Manager for a provider of retirement homes in Cumbria.
Accountabilities
Ensure this organisations care home is managed to the highest standard of care and support
Ensure this organisation remains in compliance with CQC
Management of staff
Provide leadership to other staff members
Responsible for budgets, income and expenditure
Work closely with operations teams
Ensure care plans are implemented
Day-to-day management of the care home
Management of building maintenance and soft facilities such as catering
Recruitment and training of staff
Responsible for quality assurance of the care home
Candidate Requirements
Level 3 or above Health & Social Care
Experience managing a care home
Experience working with vulnerable, older people
Experience managing teams
Proven experience in a similar role
