We are seeking to appoint a part-time Data & Systems Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring our teams have the right tools and processes to achieve their sales objectives efficiently. Reporting to the Group Operations & Marketing Director, with a dotted line to the Group Finance Director, you will be at the heart of our operations, driving the adoption and optimisation of our CRM, website, and LinkedIn investments.

You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • our CRM system
  • website integration
  • data quality
  • training & support
  • reporting & analysis
  • Cyber Essentials compliance

and act as the primary point of contact for CRM related issues.

The right candidate will have technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of Bullhorn and other CRM systems, WordPress experience, and proficiency in Power BI and Excel. Previous experience in recruitment services and managing CRM integration is advantageous.
