Imperial College London is a world-leading university for science, technology, engineering, medicine and business (STEMB), where scientific imagination leads to world-changing impact. Imperial manages one of the most complex and diverse estates in the UK Higher Education sector. The College’s operational, commercial, residential, and investment assets require a robust and forward-thinking approach to contracts, procurement, and professional services to support Imperial’s strategic ambitions.
Responsibilities:
- Over the next 6–12 months, Imperial will embark on a substantial programme of retendering and awarding key service provider contracts across the Property Division portfolio. These include rating, valuation, service charge management and wider professional estate services—many of which support assets held for investment return and liquidity.
- Ensuring contractual rigour, compliance, and performance will be vital.
- As Senior Contracts Manager, you will lead the development, roll-out and continual improvement of a contracting framework that supports excellence, drives value, and underpins Imperial’s operational and strategic decision-making.
