Are you an experienced construction delivery leader with a strong track record in complex project environments? This is a pivotal opportunity to lead project performance and operational excellence for a respected UK construction and engineering business delivering some of the industry’s most high-risk and high-profile schemes.
The organisation operates across major infrastructure, industrial services, and specialist construction. Known for technical precision and a collaborative delivery culture, the business is expanding its senior leadership to enhance programme clarity, governance, and strategic insight across its project portfolio.
The successful candidate will take end-to-end accountability for a portfolio of technically demanding projects- ensuring exceptional HSE standards, disciplined controls, and high-quality client engagement. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a leader who can seamlessly alternate between strategic oversight and operational detail.
You’ll work directly with the executive team and lead on:
- Driving project performance across HSE, quality, productivity, commercial management, and client satisfaction
- Overseeing delivery of complex infrastructure and specialist structural projects
- Embedding robust governance, forecasting, and reporting frameworks across programmes
- Building trusted B2B relationships with clients and key supply chain partners
- Leading and developing a high-performing senior delivery team
We’re looking for a confident and communicative leader with broad sector experience (Tier 1 and Tier 2), strong commercial and contractual understanding, and proven ability to lead high-performing delivery teams across the UK. This role requires travel and flexibility, as well as the credibility to influence and represent at executive level.
