Real Estate Consultancy Location: Flexible within Europe MRG are working with an international real estate consultancy, seeking an accomplished leader to take on the role of Managing Director – Europe . This is a unique opportunity to drive growth, shape strategy, and oversee operations across key European markets, including Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, and Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Lead regional operations, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Oversee a diverse portfolio of services, including Technical Due Diligence, ESG consultancy, Projects, and M&E. Build and strengthen relationships with international and local clients. Align regional strategy with global goals, while recognising and addressing local market needs. Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture across a multi-location team. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in senior leadership within the European real estate market. A track record of managing P&L and driving operational excellence. Expertise in ESG and sustainability strategies across various sectors. Strong business development skills with the ability to grow client relationships. A dynamic leader who can navigate complexity, implement strategy, and inspire teams.
