105 Victoria Street is a next-generation, all-electric, net zero carbon workplace in the heart of Westminster. A standalone, amenity-rich destination combining premium office space with wellness, retail and community-focused public realm, it is set to become one of central London’s most distinctive commercial environments.
We are seeking a Head of 105 Victoria Street to lead this flagship asset through mobilisation, occupation and into long-term operational excellence. You will be a visible and credible ambassador – equally comfortable engaging with senior asset managers and major corporate occupiers as you are representing the building within its local community. Gravitas, judgement and the confidence to challenge constructively are essential.
Operationally, you will have a proven track record running a multi-let commercial office building. Within a lean on-site structure, you must combine strategic oversight with hands-on control of compliance, service delivery and performance. A strong grasp of service charge budgeting and financial governance is non-negotiable.
The building’s amenity and public-facing elements form a core part of its identity. Experience managing activation, events, wellness or community-led environments will set you apart. You will understand how to balance premium corporate expectations with vibrant, mixed-use activity.
As a leader, you will set the tone from day one. Calm under pressure, clear in direction and visible in style, you will create accountability and pride across a multidisciplinary team while maintaining exacting operational standards. This represents a pivotal next step for an ambitious senior leader within a flagship London development. We are looking for a commercially astute, service-led leader with presence, precision and personality.
