  • Executive Director, Luxury Residences
  • London

We are partnering with the owner of one of London’s most prestigious residential estates to appoint an exceptional senior leader to oversee the resident experience and operational performance of this landmark destination.

This is a high-profile leadership opportunity within an ultra-prime environment, where discretion, judgement and an instinctive understanding of exceptional service are paramount.

We are particularly interested in individuals who have built their careers serving UHNW individuals and some of the world’s most discerning clientele.

While experience within luxury residential estates would be highly relevant, we are equally keen to hear from senior leaders from five-star hotels, luxury hospitality, branded residences, private members’ clubs and other premium service environments.

You do not need to come from a traditional property management or General Manager background.

What is essential is the ability to lead within an exacting, high-touch environment, build trusted relationships with residents and ownership, and understand what genuinely exceptional service looks like.

As the senior on-site leader, you will set the tone for the estate, leading a multidisciplinary team and third-party partners to ensure every aspect of the resident experience and estate operation is delivered seamlessly.

Working closely with ownership and key stakeholders, you will balance outstanding service with strong operational governance, commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail.

The successful candidate will bring

  • Significant experience delivering exceptional service to UHNW individuals, VIPs or similarly discerning clientele within an ultra-luxury environment.
  • A background in luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, branded residences, private members’ clubs, ultra-prime residential or another high-touch premium service environment.
  • The presence, emotional intelligence and discretion required to build trusted relationships with residents, ownership and senior stakeholders.
  • A highly developed understanding of luxury service, with the ability to anticipate expectations and create a consistently exceptional resident experience.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a track record of setting high standards across multidisciplinary teams and external service partners.
  • The ability to oversee a complex operation, working effectively with facilities, engineering, security, housekeeping and other specialist teams.
  • Strong commercial judgement and financial awareness, including experience managing significant operational budgets.
  • The confidence and credibility to act as the senior representative of ownership on site, navigating sensitive situations with diplomacy and sound judgement.

This is an opportunity for an accomplished luxury service leader to bring their experience into one of London’s most prestigious residential environments.

To apply, please submit your CV. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
